We pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment and shipping! If product is in stock, most orders are on their way to you within 48 hours.

Almost all purchases are shipped from our store location's shipping department in Santa Rosa, CA by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, to arrive within seven business days from final processing of your order. We also offer USPS Express Mail and FedEx 2nd Day Air. We reserve the right to make the final selection of the shipping carrier.

We ship only to the 50 states of the U.S.A. and it's territories at this time. Canada and Mexico are being added soon. Flat rate $4.99 shipping offer applies only to orders shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders will incur a shipping charge unless otherwise noted.

Under our gift certificate promotion, there is no shipping charge on gift certificate purchases of $150 or more. Certified U.S. Postal Service delivery will be used for gift certificate orders.
